Meet the Brothers
Over at Brotherhood Blades you can find three individuals who take raw bar stock and turn them into badass blades that are not only fully functional but masterful pieces of art.
Alex Ponikvar
A graduate of BGSU and son to a lifelong machinist, has been making knives since he was 15 years old. Over the years, Alex has learned the ins-and-outs of blade smithing and is the brains behind the operation over at Brotherhood Blades.
When Alex isn't patrolling the streets you can find him in the shop creating the next badass blade.
Matthew Lawrence
Matthew and Alex have been friends for over 10 years. They graduated from BGSU together and even work for the same police department. In 2020 Matthew joined Alex in the shop and has become an integral piece at Brotherhood blades for the last few years.
Logan Fisher
Believe it or not.... is also a graduate of BGSU, with a degree in mechanical engineering and a focus on machine design, works closely with his long-time friends Matt and Alex. Logan takes the lead on designing the knives using his engineering expertise on his computer. When he's not working on the designs, Logan collaborates with Matt and Alex in the shop, where they help bring the knives to life with their hands-on skills and attention to detail. Together, they combine Logan's engineering knowledge with their practical experience to create high-quality knives.
